What do I do?
Select the reindeer you wish to rescue
At anytime you can tap on a grey Reindeer button and see them again!
Use Santa’s Reindeer Finder to follow the clue to the reindeer
All of Santa’s reindeer are inside the centre but never inside a store.
If you have a compass on your reindeer finder and you are close to finding a reindeer the Reindeer Alert will appear
If you don't have a compass on your reindeer finder, follow the clues to the reindeer location, then scan the QR code at that location to see the Reindeer Alert.
Then tap the binoculars and point your camera to the ground. Move the camera around to scan the ground and find the reindeer
Remember to take a photo
When you have rescued the reindeer, click the x button to go back to the Reindeer Finder
Once you have found all 9 reindeer, find Santa’sThrone and take a photo with the full reindeer family.
General Troubleshooting:

Turn your phone off and on again
If you are on wifi try turning off wifi and using your mobile data
If you are mobile try connecting to the centre's wifi
Update to the latest phone software
If you are on an IOS device make sure you are using the Safari Browser
If you are on an Android device make sure you are using the Chrome Browser
Make sure your wifi and bluetooth is enabled (it does not need to be connected to anything it just needs to be on)
Clear the browsing history/cache on your phone's Browser
As soon as you see the reindeer alert press the binoculars and scan the ground with your phone (be patient it can take a while for the reindeer to appear)
To exit the camera on IOS press the X button top left of the screen.
If you don't see the x button then press the screen until the x appears
If your reindeer finder has a compass that is not working, use the clues to navigate to the reindeers' location and scan the QR code at the location to collect the reindeer.
If the site detects that your GPS is inaccurate it will turn off the compass, then you can use the clues to navigate to the reindeers' location and scan the QR code at the location to collect the reindeer.
iphone 7 and below will not work with AR but you can still rescue the reindeer with the 3D experience
